Mr. Onur Kumral recieved his Civil Engineering degree from Istanbul Technical University. Onur leads multinational company as Founder and Managing Director, DMT Group, at Construction, Real Estate Development, Medical and Food sectors, which are focused at European and African Market.
Mr. Özgür Kumral is the Business Manager and Owner of Guralsan Engineering and Construction, located in Türkiye and the Founder of SOV FZE and EKA International DMCC in the United Arab Emirates. Mr. Kumral has extensive international experience in procurement and logistics management across the Middle East, Africa, Asia, and Europe.
Mr. Kumral holds a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration from Beykent University and a Master of Business Administration (MBA) from Istanbul Bilgi University, both completed in Türkiye. In addition to his professional career, Mr. Kumral is the Founder and Owner of Göktürk Chess Academy, reflecting his strong personal passion for chess and education.
Mr. Emir Kayalioglu is the Executive Director of DMT. He was the Group CEO for Industrial and Trade, and Board Member at JSM and KFM between 2017 and 2024.
He previously worked at Garanti Securities for 7 years as a Director in the Investment Banking department. Prior to that, he was a Director at UBS Investment Bank in New York and Istanbul for 9 years. He has completed over $18bn worth of capital raises and M&A transactions to date. Mr. Kayalioglu holds a BSc Degree from Babson College.
